The challange of two people or more, coming from different european cultures with different sight on esthetics , co-working together in a same new place on a same new project is always not just a simple form of respecting " the other " - this, most of the time makes the subtle tendency to pack aside conflicts in pressurized evil thoughts -, but making work that particular kind of "opinion filter" that prevents to take any kind of word coming out from the mouth of " the other " as an invasion of field, or just a rude interruption for having fun.Yesterday in Finland there was minus ten.
